TECHNICAL DATA - PRODUCT OPTIONS and INFORMATION

PRODUCT OPTIONS:

All Schmelzer Industries products are available with optional configurations.

Unique customer requirements are also considered. With some, an additional price and minimum quantities may be applicable.

WEIGHT:

Weights listed on the Technical Data Sheets are not all inclusive. Custom weights are considered (i.e. 13 mil).

BINDER:

Individual published specifications identify typical binder percentage for specific any specific application.

 

Any binder percentage can be modified within the target range between 7% - 15%.

FIBER ORIENTATION:

All products are engineered for specific customer requirements. Fiber orientation patterns can be modified to make the product either denser or more open.

ROLL WIDTH:

Range of widths is 120 inch maximum to as narrow as 1 ½ inches minimum.

 

Any width, or combination of widths, may be specified, providing the overall combination equates to 120 inches maximum.

CUT SHAPES:

Cut sheets or other shapes may be available.

PACKAGING:

A standard core is 3 inch ID, heavy duty cardboard.

All rolls are placed in a polyethylene bag and sealed to guard against contamination while on the production line.

PALLETS:

Depending upon volume purchased, all material is shipped on wooden pallets.

• Standard pallet size is 45 inch x 45 inch by 4 inch.
• An optional size pallet is 56 inch x 45 inch by 4 inch. Typically this size will safely accommodate 9 rolls.
• Other sizes may be available.
